Mr. Stephen E. Henthorne (USA) is a Principal Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for Joint-Interagency-Multinational Stability Operations; which include the subject matter areas of Joint CA/CIMIC/CMO Interoperability in a COIN environment, Disaster Management & Humanitarian Assistance, Regional Development, Quick Impact Projects, Cross Cultural Negotiation & First Contact Skills,Information Management, Effects Based Operations and Provincial Reconstruction Teams. In Addition, he is a Registered Defense Logistics Agency Consultant (IPA), has a MS in Disaster Management and a BS from the College of Emporia. Mr. Henthorne has been appointed a Senior Advisor and will support the CCOE through the completion of the NATO AJP-9 process.

Alexis J. Serote

Ms. Alexis J. Serote (USA) supports the CCOE from 1 September to 31 October 2008. Her working field is Counter Insurgency (COIN) and Provincial Reconstruction Teams (PRTs). She holds a BA from the University of Michigan and her Graduation (MS) in Peace Operations Public Policy at the George Mason University is expected May 2009.
 
 
 
 

Lieutenant Colonel Brad Jackson

Brad Jackson

Lieutenant Colonel Brad Jackson (USA) assists the CCOE in transformation, as it relates to stabilization and reconstruction and development. He will be in Enschede from 15 July 2008 to 15 November 2008. Lieutenant Colonel Jackson has a MS in International Relations and a BA in Politics/Economics. He has 16 years of experience in community and economic development and is the executive director of the County of Franklin Industrial Development Agency and Franklin County Local Development Corporation since 2002. Lieutenant Colonel Jackson works as an Civil Affairs Officer in the Army reserve.
