From Wednesday 21 to Thursday 22 April 2010, the NATO CIMIC Education Conference (NCEC) has been conducted in Enschede on behalf of HQ SACT.

The Republic of Slovenia has become Sponsoring Nation of the CCOE. The last signature has been attached to the Note of Joining to the Memorandum of Understanding between the current Sponsoring Nations and the new member.

Despite some airspace restrictions and flight cancellations in Northern Europe, ACT and CCOE stick to their initial conference schedule. Some minor last minute changes to the programme are inevitable, but won't hamper the execution of the conference.

Lessons Learned process is an issue for all staff personnel

On Wednesday, 14 April 2010, Commander (N) Michael Hallett paid a visit to the CCOE. He works in the Lessons Learned branch at HQ SACT and maintains tight relations to the Joint Allied Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) in Lisbon (PRT) and the NATO School in Oberammergau (DEU).
