New NATO CIMIC doctrine out for ratification

On 07 March 2012, the AJP-3.4.9 Ratification Draft (RD) has been sent to NATO nations. With this new doctrine CIMIC has been sharpened and upgraded in order to meet current and future requirements of the operational environment in the context of CIMIC, CMI and a comprehensive approach.

The ACC model provides:
