1. Footage

You participate in one of our courses. The Communications and Public Affairs Office accompanies the courses from time to time to collect images (footage = pictures, screenshots, videos).
We intend to use this for advertisement reasons (website, social media and print products).

This agreement grants the CCOE the rights to use the images within the scope of its information activities. The publication of footage in social networks is based on the applicable terms and conditions in the relevant network.

2. Your contribution

Especially in times of online courses, we are dependent on the input of our students. To give future participants an individual and unique insight into our courses, we encourage all our students to share their experiences in form of images/selfies, as well as statements or reviews.

3. Additional information

In some of our courses/events, it is necessary to share your data (name, email address, rank, country) with the course instructors and course participants to implement syndicate work. When participating in our courses/events, you automatically agree.

With my participation, I also consent to the further processing of my personal data for the CCOEs information activities. I acknowledge that I am providing my data voluntarily. I have no legal or contractual obligation to provide my data. I have the right to withdraw my consent to future processing in writing at any time. This shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. As a Data subject, I not only have the right to withdraw but also have the rights to the following: Information about my data (Article 15 of the EU GDPR), rectification (Article 16 of the EU GDPR), deletion (Article 17 of the EU GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 of the EU GDPR), objection of processing (Article 21 of the EU GDPR) and an individual review (Article 22 of the EU GDPR). Storage of the data is necessary and intended for the period of use of the images.

Please note that the electronic agreement process is being facilitated by the CIMIC Centre of Excellence registration system. Any questions about the agreement should be sent to T&E@cimic-coe.org
