Jointly developed by the CMDR COE and CIMIC COE, the Resilience through Civil Preparedness Course (RtCPC) equips senior civilian and military experts at the strategic and operational levels with a comprehensive understanding of resilience.
The course enables participants to articulate the vital interconnection between civil preparedness and military operations, learning how to integrate and operationalize resilience considerations directly into planning processes within their chains of command.
Through realistic scenarios and subject matter expertise, attendees gain practical capacities to apply resilience concepts to enhance the effectiveness, adaptability, and mission success of modern military strategies.
The RtCPC also emphasises practical learning, incorporating syndicate work and direct application of theories in fictitious scenarios.
