CCOE Staff supported large-scale multinational exercise Allied Spirit 2024
During the period March 7 to March 16, 2024, the CCOE supported the exercise Allied Spirit 2024 at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) in Hohenfels, Germany. Allied Spirit 2024 was a large-scale multinational exercises with the aim to build and develop NATO and key partners interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.
The CCOE supported the Mustang Team of the JMRC in the areas of Civil-Military Cooperation and Information Operations.
The Mustang Team observes, coaches, and trains multinational brigade and division level staffs during command-post exercises (CPXs) and field training exercises (FTXs). It facilitates unit achievement of training objectives, prepares units for future operations and provides feedback on all staff activities to the unit leadership in the form of After Action Reviews.
Approximately 6,500 participants from NATO Allied and partner nations participated in the exercise, like Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.
