Job Well done !
Major Ebbers (NLD) from the CCOE Training and Education (T&E) Branch received the US Army Achievement Medal from the commander of the 3rd Battalion 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne) for exceptionally meritorious service while serving as a CIMIC Officer during the Instructor Partnership Exchange Programme at 3rd Battalion. His duty and service were directly responsible for strengthening the partnership between the NATO CCOE and the Civil Affairs Cadre at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center. His accomplishments reflect great credit upon himself, the Civil-Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence and the Royal Netherlands Army.
To receive this medal is an honour, which is also upon Major Csaba Szabo (from the Hungarian Army, a former member of the Concepts, Interoperability and Capability branch of the CCOE - now serving back in the Hungarian Armed Forces), and Major Francesco di Giampietro (a member of CCOEs T&E branch from the Italian Army), with whom we, as a team, supported the US Civil Affairs in Germany as well as in the USA.
