The Second NATO CIMIC Higher Command Course has Started

This week we started our second iteration of the NATO CIMIC Higher Command Course in 2022! At the CCOE in The Hague 28 students from 15 nations have gathered to enrich themselves and each other on the COPD (Comprehensive Operations Planning Directive) in a CIMIC context. A very experienced Course Staff will teach them and guide them through this planning process.
