4th Edition of “Resilience through Civil Preparedness” (RtCPC) Course Successfully Concluded at CCOE The Hague

From March 18, 2024, to March 22, 2024, the 4th edition of the “Resilience through Civil Preparedness” (RtCPC) course took place at the Majoor Jan Linzel Complex (MJLC) in The Hague, Netherlands.

The course brought together civilian and military participants from eight countries: Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the United States. Its objective was to provide knowledge and skills related to Resilience through Civil Preparedness and additionally to put attention to current analyses of the civilian environment and its integration into operational planning. Concepts such as Layered Resilience and Day Zero Integration (DZI) were also discussed, aiming to enhance Civil-Military Cooperation.

An experienced team of instructors and experts, including Jan Sabiniarz, Tony Icayan, Ian Birdwell, Dr. Thorsten Heber, Bozhidara Kiryakova, Paweł Pieniążek, Dr. Piotr Łubiński, and Sławomir Łazarek, ensured the high quality of training and its interesting course. Also, it has to be underlined a very interesting and fruitful Keynote speech provided by POL Operational Commander – MG Maciej Klisz, who again shared his experiences and considerations concerning the military and societal resilience in terms of the current dynamically changing global security environment.
