The Civil-Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence (CCOE) develops and integrates Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) tailor-made war games in its efforts and activities to increase the understanding of the complex civil environment and its relevant factors.
February 22nd was a very special day for us. Another milestone was reached with conducting an exciting first test run of the freshly constructed CIMIC war game, ANALYSIA.
ANALYSIA’s initial trial aimed at scrutinizing the game's mechanics, identify areas for enhancement, and pinpoint any potential hiccups in its flow. The test run went very well, marking a promising step forward in the development of a dynamic and educational war gaming experience, which offers its participants valuable insights through immersive gaming.
CCOE’s desire to expand its capacity into the world of war gaming coincides the Wargaming Initiative for NATO (WIN) 2023 following the theme “Understanding Better and Deciding Faster, Harnessing the Power and Potential of Wargaming,” highlighting the importance of war gaming as part of warfare development and military decision-making.
