CIMIC in Collective Defense presented in Poland

Lars Cramer-Larsen, CCOE branch chief for Lessons Learned, recently presented perspectives on NATO CIMIC in collective defense at the Multi-National Corps North-East (MNC NE).  Fresh from the initial fact-finding trip of the Baltic NATO CIMIC Initiative in early October, and assessing CIMIC capabilities and capacities in all Baltic states, he shared insights and regional challenges on the application of CIMIC within sovereign member states at the MNC NE CIMIC seminar from October 17^th – 19^th.
