NATO CIMIC Field and Staff Worker Course in Kielce

On 20 March 2023 the NATO CIMIC Field Worker Course  (NCFWC) and NATO CIMIC Staff Worker Course (NCSWC) started in front of 22 students from four nations (POL, ESP, USA, CZE) at the Military Training Centre for Foreign Operations (MTCFO) in Kielce, Poland. The Course Director Major Michal Jankiewicz, and the Officer primary Responsible Captain Oliver Dyka opened the exported Course, organized by MTCFO in cooperation with the CCOE. During the next two weeks, the basic knowledge and skills and a variety of practical assignments will be taught to work successfully with the NATO CIMIC clientele. Seven experienced instructors from six nations (USA, CAN, DEU, NLD, ITA) will support the participants with their wide range of knowledge and long-time experience in CIMIC. The courses will end on Friday, 31 March 2023. We wish all participants success and an eventful training period.

During a parallel event to the CIMIC Award 2023 ceremony in Kielce, the CCOE Director did not miss the opportunity to visit the course and inform himself about the latest developments. During his tour, he was accompanied by Deputy Base Commander LTC Krzysztof Orzech from the Military Training Centre for Foreign Operations and LTC Pawel Polak from CCOE The Hague.
